Rosemoor Garden Restaurant & Otter Cafe is a mixed bag—some love it, while others have had their fair share of waiting around. The food gets high marks, especially the Sunday lunches, but if you’re not on the staff’s radar, you might find yourself waiting a while for service. Reviewers enjoyed the lovely terrace garden, making it a nice spot to relax on a good day.
