Birleys is a mixed bag, much like your ex—sometimes great, often disappointing. With a 5/5 hygiene rating, they’ve got cleanliness down pat, but the service is a different story. Krunal Tailor loved the fresh salad, but then you have Saggi Nights and Chris S detailing their experiences with rude staff and wrong orders, leaving a sour taste in your mouth. Meryem M shares her frustrations about a staff member practically throwing her food together, which is a big no-no in the food world.
