🏠 Bottles, 67 Brushfield Street, London, E1 6AA
Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Bottles is a solid choice for a wine and dine experience, but it’s not quite the romantic setting you might expect. The efficient service is a plus, with Jack finding the sausage orecchiette and cheese selection to be standout dishes. Isabel gets a shoutout for her kind service, which is always a bonus.
But let’s not get too excited—Alice noted that the portions are on the smaller side, and some dishes like the overly sweet caponata might not hit the mark. It’s decent enough for a casual night out, but don’t expect any Michelin star vibes. Just go in with moderate expectations and you might just enjoy the ride.
"Had a great bottle recommendation that went perfectly with our food."
"Isabel served us and she was the kindest."
"the food was absolutely delicious!"
