Emilia's Crafted Pasta is where pasta dreams come true. The Bolognese and Cacio e Pepe are both top-notch—like a warm hug for your taste buds. The ambiance is cozy, and you can just tell they care about the food. Sure, it took a hot minute to get our water, but once the pasta hit the table, all was forgiven.
