Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Frequency Aldgate is the caffeine pit stop you didn't know you were missing. With coffee so good it could convert anyone to a caffeine addict, you'll find barista Angel and the team whipping up everything from iced vanilla lattes to cheeky tuna sandwiches. Sure, the vibe is chill, and the pastries are nearly French, but donβt get too comfy; the seating can be a bit cramped, and the upstairs is more like a dungeon than a workspace.
The reviews are mostly on the sunny side, with many praising the friendly service and coffee quality. But beware; one bad experience with the layout might send you running for the exit. As they say, love might be a battlefield, but your coffee should be on solid ground. If you can handle a bit of awkward seating with your brew, you might just find your new favorite haunt.
"ALL time favourite coffee in east London"
"Angel and the rest of the team are always so lovely"
