Staff like Miz and Navya get shoutouts for their kindness, proving that good service is still alive and kicking. The breakfasts are a solid mix of British classics, and you can even grab a coffee on the 9th floor that’s hailed as the best in London, courtesy of Daniel. Who knew hotel coffee could be a highlight?
