KFC Express is the classic tale of high hopes and low satisfaction. Gerald thinks they’ve nailed the customer service and chicken selection, but then there’s Kingdom Of Dough, who calls it the worst KFC in London. It’s a real rollercoaster ride. The small venue has some serious baggage, with slow service, mishaps, and even undercooked chicken surfacing occasionally.
If you’re here for a quick fix, you might feel let down. People have reported missing items and long waits, so maybe think twice before heading here. It’s a KFC, but not the KFC you remember—this one’s more of a fuel stop than a flavor explosion.
