Niu Hot Pot is a haven for hot pot lovers. Joanne and Alex both agree: the beef here is fresher than your average Tinder date. The dual broth is a game-changer—spicy and tomato, just how you like it. Cerys was practically swooning over the seafood congee, especially the live crab—it’s like a seafood party in your bowl. Lucia echoed the sentiment that the beef cuts are pure magic, and the atmosphere is buzzing with good energy.
But not everyone was blown away. Kefu found the beef bone soup a tad lacking, while Stefany had a disastrous first visit. Don’t let that scare you too much; if you’re craving beef and a lively dining experience, this place is still worth a shot. Just be prepared for the occasional hit or miss.
