Pret A Manger at E14 9GE is a reliable stop when you’re in need of caffeine, but let’s not pretend it’s anything more than that. The hygiene is spot on, but the food is like that friend who always brings chips to a potluck — nice, but lacking any real effort. The barista Abidur seems to be the star of this show, consistently serving up smiles and solid coffee.
You’ll be surrounded by friendly staff in a clean environment, but don’t expect to be wowed by anything on the menu. It’s all perfectly fine, just not the kind of place you dream about late at night. Great for a quick coffee and a chat, but if you’re after excitement, you’re in the wrong place.
