Sultana loved the dessert, and Abu was charmed by the service—shoutout to Taher for the free ice cream. But there's a dark side: some reviewers are calling out the tiny scoops and the less-than-stellar cookie dough experience. The atmosphere isn’t winning any awards either, and the customer service seems to be hit-or-miss. If you need a quick sugar fix, it might do the job, but don’t expect a Michelin star here.
