Barrafina is a tapas spot that struts its stuff with confidence, even if it sometimes trips over its own feet. Aria found every dish outstanding, while Kritika was practically drooling over the garlicky tuna croquettas. The atmosphere is vibrant, and you can catch the chefs in action—Joe felt transported straight to Spain.
