Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Carousel is like that cool kid at school who gets everyone excited about food without being a total snob. Youβve got guest chefs whizzing in from Michelin-starred kitchens, so you know the flavors are legit. Daniel Levison had his taste buds tingling at a Gal Ben Moshe popup, while Carol was practically swooning over the red mullet dish that sheβll probably dream about for weeks. The atmosphere is laid-back, making Michelin-level dining feel less like a chore and more like a treat.
However, itβs not all sunshine and rainbows; some dishes may strike you as a bit on the bland side, and if youβre expecting a quiet dinner, the noise levels can be a bit muchβdinner chatter mixed with hard surfaces means you might need to shout to be heard. Still, if youβre down for a culinary adventure without the stuffiness, Carousel has got your back.
"The food was amazing, totally worthy of his Michelin star"
"The standout dish was the red mullet with crispy scales"
"Felt that the beans didn't match perfectly"
