Deborah Flint thinks it’s the best place for fruit and veg, and she’s not wrong. The staff are gems, always ready to help you find the ripest tomatoes or the freshest herbs.
But let’s face it: if you’re searching for a gourmet dining experience, you won’t find it here. It’s more about stocking up your kitchen than enjoying a lavish meal. Still, if quality produce and lovely service is your jam, it’s worth a visit. Just don’t show up expecting table service or artisanal avocado toast.
