Costa Coffee is that reliable chain you turn to when you need a caffeine fix, but let’s be real, it’s not winning any awards for stellar service. With a hygiene rating of 5, you’re safe from the horrors lurking in dirty cafes, but the coffee shop experience can be hit or miss. Alex Oakes called it delightful, praising the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, especially Karys, but others have had less than stellar experiences.
If you’re lucky enough to be served by the right people, you might find a moment of bliss. But if you hit a bad day, like Sophie did with her miserable service, you might just want to hit the escape button. It’s a solid pit stop when you’re in need, but don’t expect much more than that. ☕😬
