Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
John Lewis Customer Services is basically the IKEA of customer support—lots of products and zero assembly instructions to get help. You might get lucky with a friendly team if you're buying perfume, but if you’ve got an order that goes awry, prepare yourself for a cold apology that won't warm your heart. The hygiene may be sparkling, but the service is as hit or miss as a game of roulette—good luck with your £600 order, or whatever they cancel next.
If your idea of a great meal involves a side of stress and disappointment, then sure, come grab a snack. But if you’re seeking eating enlightenment, you might want to look elsewhere. This place is clean, but the food is as memorable as a soggy paper towel. Grab a coffee and pray for better days.
"Best customer service experienced for a very long time"
"Extremely environmentally unfriendly packaging."
"The saga continues with no vacuum cleaner."
