Kitchen Flowers is a mixed bouquet of experiences. On one hand, you've got Michelle Mitchell and Sylwia B showering praise on the variety and quality of goods. But on the other, you’ve got some awkward encounters with staff that leave a bad taste in your mouth. Aneeqa Arshid could have had a great time but felt the staff was a bit too distracted by their phones. Leona Black and Wild Rover both feel the shop’s management could use some serious upgrades in customer service and communication. Basically, if you can navigate the occasional grumpy staff, there's plenty of good stuff here, just don’t expect a warm welcome every time.
