The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
OKIA Food is the kind of place where your taste buds take a trip to Africa without leaving SW17. Sutapa B raves about the generous portions of authentic African cuisine, while Precious1Kay highlights the incredible hospitality. The jollof rice and curry sauce seem to be crowd favorites. Just make sure you’re okay with cash-only transactions because this place isn’t modern enough for card payments.
But be warned, not everyone has had a good experience. Some reviews indicate that the service can be hit-or-miss, and not all dishes are guaranteed to impress. If you’re feeling adventurous, dive in, but maybe don’t order the same thing twice unless you want to roll the dice on your next meal.
