Starbucks in Barnstaple, the cozy chain that’s meant to feel like home but sometimes feels like a lukewarm coffee hug. Hygiene is top-notch, but the service can be a bit hit or miss. Some staff are friendly and serve up sunshine with your coffee, while others might leave you feeling like you need a second cup just to recover.
