Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
La Baita is the Italian spot you didn’t know you needed. Toby Coombes has been coming here for over 35 years—if that’s not loyalty, I don’t know what is. With freshly made pizzas and garlic prawns that are ‘superb,’ this owner-run joint knows how to keep its customers coming back. Andi Davis thought he was just popping in for a quick bite but ended up indulging in a two-course meal with wine—classic move. However, Joanna McLeod found it all a bit underwhelming, calling out the cheap bread and tasteless pasta. Sounds like some dishes hit the mark while others are better left for the oven.
