Evernight is the kind of place that makes you want to throw your old microwave meals in the bin. Matthew Litchfield was blown away by the food and ambiance, and who wouldn’t be? Seated at the chef’s counter feels like front-row seats to a culinary concert. Ziad Hariri felt inspired by the unique blend of European technique and Japanese influence.
But hold your horses; not everyone was on the hype train. SX L went back for seconds, only to discover the menu had changed and wasn’t as good as before. So, it might not be all perfect. Still, if you're in the mood for an experience with deep flavor profiles, this place is a solid bet. 🍣🥢
