You walk in, and the atmosphere hits you like a warm hug, thanks to Joel, the chef who obviously knows his way around fish better than most of us know our own names. With a 5-star rating for a reason, the sushi here is as fresh as your ex’s excuses. The crispy rice and miso aubergine are the real MVPs, and don’t even get me started on the bottomless hotpot during winter—pure bliss.

Every dish comes out looking like a work of art, and the staff? Let’s just say they’re as friendly as your grandma, minus the unsolicited advice. If you leave Kudasai hungry, you’ve done it wrong.
