Rosemoor Garden Restaurant & Otter Cafe serves food that could be amazing, but good luck getting it without a battle. Kerry Gleave found the food incredible but had a frustrating experience with service that’s as hit-or-miss as your Tinder matches. Jason Beauchemin was impressed with the staff but also noted the place was busy. Some food hits home, like a Sunday roast, but when Jane ‘Josie’ Ross came looking for something more exciting, she left disappointed. And Amira Nosseir had a food poisoning horror story. It’s a mixed bag, folks.
