The service is on point, thanks to the likes of Raffa and Louis, who make you feel like a VIP on a budget. A birthday cake surprise? They’ve got that covered too, which is a lovely touch. Betsy & The City had a fab time celebrating, and it’s hard to argue when you’re digging into prawn linguine and veal ragu that’s got more flavor than your ex’s excuses.
