Ploussard Restaurant Ltd is the sort of place where you’d want to flaunt your Instagram skills, but don’t forget to actually enjoy the food. The dishes are stunning and flavorful, and the wine pairings are a classy touch. But don’t get too comfortable; the service can be a bit wild. One minute it’s fabulous, the next, you’re left waiting for someone to notice you.
The main server is a gem and really hypes up the experience, but if you find yourself in the wrong hands, good luck. Still, if you’re into food that dreams are made of, this place is worth a shot.
