Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Subway is your go-to fuel-stop when you're far too lazy to make a sandwich at home. They keep the place clean, which is a miracle considering the food's reputation. Vidhi Patel is all about the fresh food and quick service, praising the staff for their glove-changing skills—nice touch for the vegans. But not everyone is feeling the love; Dorothea cited 'lacking cleanliness' and disengaged staff as red flags. Omar seems to think the sandwiches are a bit of a lottery, sometimes a winner, often a loser.
The service definitely drops the ball, as Dean had a catastrophic experience with missing items and a self-checkout disaster. Ahmed had it worse, dealing with terrible service while picking up his app order. While Subway's hygiene is commendable, this location's service needs a serious upgrade. Come for the cleanliness, but don’t expect a five-star experience.
