Nando's is your dependable pit stop for flame-grilled chicken and slightly chaotic service. James and Sarah are loving life, boasting about friendly staff and clean surroundings. But John had a less stellar experience with rude waitstaff, so it seems the vibe can be hit or miss depending on who’s behind the counter. The decor is vibrant, and the bottomless peach tea seems to be the highlight of the day. Still, if you’re not a fan of QR code ordering, you might feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer.
While you’re guaranteed a decent meal, the service can leave you feeling a bit cold. Just keep your expectations in check; it’s Nando’s, not Michelin-star dining. All in all, it’s safe, but don’t expect fireworks.
