31 Below is one of those cozy spots that makes you want to snuggle up with a hot drink and never leave. Fox stumbled in and found it to be the perfect hideaway with comfy sofas and a fireplace—bonus points for that Central Perk vibe. Andrianna returned for more good food, although she noted the cabbage could use a little more TLC in the cooking department.
Ann and Marta both enjoyed a great atmosphere and friendly service, making it a lovely stop for lunch or dinner. But Chris had a less-than-stellar experience, feeling abandoned with subpar service. Overall, if you’re after a cozy, laid-back spot with decent food, this could be your jam—just hope you get a good server.
