Tier Achieved:
Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Admiral Duncan is more than just a pub; itβs a legendary space in Soho that effortlessly combines a vibrant atmosphere with killer drag shows. Burak couldnβt stop raving about Ruby Violetβs show, which is not for the faint-hearted β if youβre after serious theatre, stay home. The staff, particularly Gary, seem to be the unsung heroes here, serving drinks faster than you can say 'cheers' while also ensuring no one leaves empty-handed. Richard's experience on a Bank Holiday Monday was a calm oasis of friendly service, making this spot a reliable go-to for celebratory drinks.
But hold up, not everyone is throwing confetti. Some tourists had a less-than-stellar experience when ordering drinks, leaving them questioning the service post-show. Overall, if you fancy a place where you can laugh, drink, and let your hair down, this is a solid bet, just keep an eye out for when the drag queens take the stage.
"Ruby isnβt for the faint hearted and if you are too much of a little precious..."
"Nice friendly service - we visited off-peak on a Bank Hol Monday."
"The staff are unreal! I managed to lose a few of my belongings."
