The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Ask Italian has the look of a dining spot that wants to impress, but the food can be a letdown. You might get lucky with a decent pizza, but don’t blame me if you end up with an overcooked disaster. The friendliness of the staff, like Jakub, is a highlight, but it can’t save a lackluster meal. You might want to bring your patience along, as waiting for service seems to be a common theme.
The place has a nice vibe, especially for a group outing, but just keep your expectations in check. You could find a decent dish, but it’s a bit of a gamble at times. If you’re after consistency, you might want to think twice.
