Tier Achieved:
Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Black Book is a solid little spot in the heart of London. The cocktails might hit your wallet harder than a bad breakup, but trust me, theyβre good enough that you wonβt care. Staff like Gabby are there to serve you with a smile while you sip on drinks like the baby Guinness, which is apparently the best thing since sliced bread. The fries are also getting some serious love, and the vibe is so chill you could nap here.
While the food can take its sweet time, the free dish to make up for it is a nice touch. If you're looking for a cozy hangout that won't make you feel like youβre in a tourist trap, Black Book is your place. Just donβt expect a Michelin star experience; itβs all about the atmosphere and decent drinks here.
