The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Caffe Nero on WC2N 5DS is like the cleanest pit stop you can find, but don’t expect fireworks beyond that. With a 5-star hygiene rating and a 3.8 Google score, it’s pretty much your caffeine pit stop where nothing much happens. The coffee is decent enough, but don’t go expecting gourmet treats; the pastries are more ‘meh’ than memorable. The staff are courteous, probably because they know you won’t be hanging around for long.
Honestly, it’s a good place to recharge before moving on to somewhere else. The ciabatta roll with egg and mushrooms probably won’t change your life, but at least it’s toasted. If you want a quick caffeine fix, this is your jam, but if you’re searching for something to write home about, you might want to keep scrolling. 🤷♂️
