Costa Coffee on W9 is another one of those Costa spots where the coffee is consistently decent, but the experience can be a bit of a mixed bag. Havana and Husen both enjoyed their drinks, calling it their second home—presumably because of the familiarity of the chain, but also because the staff seem to be genuinely nice. There’s definitely a community vibe here, with people meeting up and hanging out. However, it’s not without its quirks.

The reviews are a bit like a rollercoaster—some love it, some not so much. You’ve got great service from Ridhi and Twinklr, but then you’ve got tales of chaos with a touch of drama, like when a customer got spat on. So, it's clean, it’s friendly, but tread carefully, especially during busy hours when the environment can get a tad chaotic.
