Dumplings Legend is a late-night stop in Chinatown that’s cleaner than your last date’s apartment. While the ambiance might not win any aesthetic awards, the food comes out so fast you’d think they'd be racing against time. M.C. was pleased with the speed and quality, while rudy couldn’t get enough of the roast duck—crispy skin and all. The karaoke room is a fun distraction if you want to embarrass yourself in front of friends, but don’t expect Michelin-star service; it's more about the dumplings than the presentation. If you can overlook the noise and the occasional salty dish, you might just fill your belly without breaking the bank.
