Itsu is the go-to spot for a fresh, quick meal when you’re in a jam. Penny Phillips loves how everything is always fresh and beautifully presented, singing praises for the reward scheme. Errol, the friendly face behind the counter, gets a shout-out from both Penny and Phoebe for making every visit feel special. Miki Borr finds the sushi decent, but Simon Mac had a horror story about dodgy food that was not up to par.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for a quick grab-and-go, just watch out for the occasional sloppy execution on the hot dishes. If you stick to the sushi, you should be fine.
