Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Itsu is your standard chain joint trying to pass off as a trendy lunch spot. The hygiene is stellar, but the food can feel more like a snack than a meal. Jino’s pork rice bowl was a hit, but let’s not ignore the elephant in the room: bugs in someone’s meal? Not ideal. This place is like that friend who’s always fun but flops when it counts.
Service seems to be hit or miss, with a couple of reviews pointing out cleanliness issues, especially around the toilets. If you’re in the mood for a light bite, Itsu’s got you covered, but don’t go expecting culinary fireworks. It’s fine, but never quite fantastic. 🍣🚽
"They give out free miso soups sometimes which is always a bonus."
"The pork rice bowl was amazing."
"I did not feel full after eating, it felt more like a snack than actually a meal."
