The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Muro Italian is one of those places that nails the cozy vibe while serving up pizza that’s fresher than your last Tinder date. Inga V raved about the pizza being a solid 10/10, while Artiom Makarevic threw a parade for the tapas bursting with flavor. Sure, the staff are friendly, but let's not gloss over the fact that J FM found the pasta to be a bit, well, bland. If you can dodge the occasional lackluster dish, this is a safe bet for a decent meal out in W2.
However, be wary of Bernie and Laura who discovered that some dishes might be more like a flavor ghost than a culinary delight. They were left with tasteless pasta and a suggestion that Muro might be more of a tourist trap than a gastronomic treasure. Still, for the love of fresh pizza, it seems most folks leave happy—just be careful what you order.
