Pret A Manger is your classic city café, where hygiene is on point with a 5-star rating, but the service can be hit or miss. With a Google score of 4.0, it’s the kind of place you pop in for a quick bite but don’t expect a Michelin experience. Annaloce had a heartwarming encounter with Mikola, who made her feel welcome, while Guilherme loved the ample seating and stellar service from Jonathan.
However, things took a dive with Ashley, who encountered a rude barista, and Cathy and Zozi, who both had their patience tested by less-than-friendly service. Jack Fox had a meltdown over the lack of air conditioning during summer. So, if you’re here for a coffee and a snack, it might be hit or miss on the service front, but the hygiene will keep you coming back.
