Storeys Gate Cafe is basically a park bench with overpriced coffee and a cookie. Sure, Marta Aldeguer enjoyed her iced coffee, but it’s hard to get excited about a place that feels like it’s just there for people-watching. The outdoor seating is nice, but if you’re looking for a cozy spot inside, you might be out of luck.
With limited indoor space and a menu that’s as exciting as a wet sock, this spot is perfect for a quick pit stop rather than a dining destination. Bring a good book and hope the coffee doesn’t taste like it’s been recycled from yesterday’s grounds. A solid fuel stop – but only if you need to recharge your caffeine levels.
