The Speaker Public House is a hidden gem that’s more about the drinks than the food. With Tassi and Leona behind the bar, you’re in for a warm welcome and some seriously good craft ales. Joseph Lenihan raved about the atmosphere, where everyone feels at home, even the dogs. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to sip a pint without being overwhelmed by tourists, this is it.
Sure, they don’t serve food, but who needs a greasy burger when you’ve got a solid selection of local beers and friendly faces? Just grab a drink and come for the darts upstairs, or simply soak in the classic pub vibes. Just be sure to thank Kira for her top-notch service while you’re at it. 🍻
